Heading up the MRO Department, Rickin is responsible for the management of all subcontracted repairs to maintenance facilities world-wide whilst ensuring they meet the high standards of reliability and conformity to in-house and customer quality requirements.

In addition to developing strong relations with OEMs and independent repair shops, Rickin champions efficiencies throughout the department and supplier base in order to provide our customers with reduced  turn around times and a first class service.

Rickin is a keen cricketer and has represented a few local teams.  He also has an interest in sports cars, especially the ones made in Germany!
